Strength training isn’t just for bodybuilders; it’s essential for anyone looking to improve their physical health. Lifting weights or performing bodyweight exercises like push-ups and lunges can help build muscle mass, increase bone density, and boost metabolism.

A stronger body not only improves physical performance but also supports everyday activities, from lifting groceries to climbing stairs. Incorporating strength training into your fitness routine at least twice a week is vital for long-term health and strength.

Flexibility exercises allow your muscles to move more freely, while mobility work helps your joints move more smoothly. Together, they enhance your overall physical performance and reduce the chances of muscle imbalances or stiffness.
